Well I believe that Newagen has a ghost. I always get creeped out when I'm babysitting there late at night. The whole inn has a taste of old and new, the old giving a ghostly affect. The long narrow hallway is pretty creepy too. So I wouldn't doubt if there really is a ghost haunting around the rooms.
I live nearby (Southport Island) so I should check it out. I'm actually working on a script based on the local ghost stories and folklore and hope to start shooting next spring. I'd love to chat with you sometime about the stories.
